First of all, thank you for your interest. It is a large apartment in a villa with 2-3 bedrooms, a very large open space with a very well-equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a living room, as well as a relaxation area with billiards and a library. There is also an area with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board, and much more. Outside there is a large swimming pool and 2 hectares of garden land with 650 olive trees and fruit trees. It is a large property, purchased a few years ago by my family, we live in another portion of the villa, but we guarantee privacy and independence. We speak perfect German, having also attended school in Germany, English, and we are ready to give you the best advice on places to visit, where to go to eat and which services to choose. Peace, relaxation, fresh air. You will have personal use of a large swimming pool and numerous outdoor areas. You can cool off in the pool and enjoy the Sicilian sun. There is a large parking lot for your vehicle and a wallbox for electric cars. A few steps from the splendid sea of Balestrate (Pa), 25 minutes from Palermo "Falcone Borsellino" airport, between Trapani and Palermo and also close to Trapani airport.
