In traditional construction with high quality healthy living materials, such as selected natural woods, natural stones and lime plasters, it is completed in 2021 on the latest state of the art, harmoniously matched in the tradition of alpine house building. Hand-brushed larch woods, exquisite oak floors and oiled oak windows welcome residents with tasteful furnishings in this magnificent setting.
The chalet is situated in a very quiet yet central location, surrounded by spacious and partly very natural residential properties, which are rarely found today. The outdoor swimming pool, one of the most beautiful in the alpine area with indoor pool are within walking distance, as well as the village center. The house is also easily accessible by public transport and is an ideal starting point for mountain enthusiasts and nature lovers of all kinds, whether for skiing, hiking, climbing, swimming, biking or simply to enjoy this magnificent nature in a magnificent beauty at any time of year.
The house offers two two-room apartments, two three-room apartments and a large penthouse with two bedrooms, as well as a comfortable fitness and wellness area in the spacious bright basement with sauna, shower, gym, relaxation room and large ski cellar. Washing machine and dryer are available for guests. The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the Lessor shall be decisive.
If the Lessee withdraws from the rental agreement, he must pay a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the Lessor and the loss of profit in the following amount:
- Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 25%
- Cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%
- thereafter up to 10 days before: 80%
- from 10 days to 1 day before: 95%
The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord has incurred no or significantly less damage. The hirer is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
