The facilities of the beautiful urbanisation include a well-kept garden area where you can spread out your towel and sunbathe after a refreshing swim in the shared chlorine pool. The pool measures 10 x 8 metres and has a depth of 1.40 and 2.50 metres. The flat, located on the first floor of the building without lift, has a large terrace where you can enjoy a drink with your companions and enjoy the views.
