Our over 400 year old and lovingly renovated farmhouse is located at the end of the Schmirntal valley, in the so-called "Kaserer Winkl", one of the most beautiful valley heads in Tyrol. Nestled in the beautiful mountain world of the Tux Alps, our house is the starting point for many beautiful hikes from easy to challenging. Enjoy the peace and seclusion, recharge your batteries in the midst of marvellous nature and immerse yourself in a life like in the old days. 'Kaser' is the original name for an alpine hut. Around the Kaser is the original rural life; cows, goats and chickens graze and frolic here and are happy to be stroked. In the mornings and evenings, the cows are milked in the barn at the back of the house. Life starts early on the mountain pastures. The cowbells encourage you to take advantage of the cool morning air and enjoy the sunrise on one of the nearby mountain peaks. Fresh milk and eggs are the reward.
