Villa Belvedere is located in the idyllic green surroundings of the village of Ambra, in the Italian province of Arezzo. This rustic stone villa with blue shutters is set on a 1000 m² property with a 119 m² swimming pool at its center. Around the villa you'll find several relaxation areas, including a covered pavilion with an outdoor dining area, perfect for gatherings. The villa can accommodate up to 18 people and is ideal for entertaining.
The interior of the villa is decorated in an old rustic style. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and comfortable living room with a couch, armchairs, a fireplace and a pool table. On the same floor you will also find a fully equipped rustic kitchen with a fireplace and access to the terrace. It is equipped with an oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster and even a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining area that can seat 16 people.
The villa has 6 bedrooms, most of which have ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor while the remaining 5 are on the 1st floor. The rooms are large and have multiple beds. Some rooms have an additional level (lodge) with extra beds. The space is used to the maximum, which means only one thing: there is plenty of room.
The villa is completely secluded, set on a piece of land that you would see on the cover of a magazine. Lots of greenery, village atmosphere, fresh air, peace and quiet. What more could you want? Next to the huge swimming pool you won't even think about the sea and while lying under the straw umbrellas you will have the impression that you are in an exotic resort. Isn't Italy amazing?
