On the ground floor of the villa there is an air-conditioned open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room has a large sofa that can be pulled out if you need more space and there is also a Smart TV.
Villa San Martino has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms and the other two bathrooms are outside the bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom on the 1st floor has two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV and a cot is available on request. All bathrooms have a shower and toiletries, and one bathroom has a bath in addition to the shower, so you can choose what suits you best.

In the vicinity of the villa are the towns of Labin and Rabac, whose area is known for its many hiking trails, such as Sentona's Trail, The Path of St. Lucia, The Divine Springs Trail and others. The trails vary in length and difficulty, so you can choose the one that suits you best. If you prefer to spend your vacation on the beach, you should explore the beaches of Rabac and other smaller towns on the eastern coast of Istria.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
