Welcome to the Istaby holiday home
The Istaby holiday home offers space for up to 18 guests on a generous 250 m² of living space and is the perfect retreat for large families or groups. The historic house from 1840 has been lovingly restored and offers modern comfort in an idyllic setting, just a few kilometres from the Baltic Sea coast.
The holiday home
The main house has seven bedrooms and modern bathrooms, providing plenty of space for all guests. A particular highlight is the separate garden house, which can accommodate 4 additional guests. Older children or friends can retreat here. However, please note that the garden house does not have its own toilet.
The spacious garden invites you to relax outdoors, whether by the campfire or with a cosy barbecue on the terrace. The sauna in the garden offers the perfect opportunity to unwind after an eventful day.
Surroundings and leisure activities
The holiday home is only 1.8 kilometres from the beach, which you can reach comfortably on foot or by using the provided bicycles. The coastal landscape offers numerous leisure activities, including swimming, hiking and extended walks along the beach.
The surrounding area also has many sights and activities:
Hiking trails in the forests and along the coast.
Cafes and restaurants for relaxed excursions in the area.
The picturesque coastal town of Sölvesborg is just a few kilometres away.
Important information
Pets are welcome, the garden is partially fenced and therefore also ideal for dogs.
A deposit of 350 euros is due.
In the summer months (June-August) electricity consumption is included, outside the main season it is charged at 0.30 euros per kWh.
The house is non-smoking.
