The 75 m² apartment is located on the third floor of the "Sterflat" facing west, offering an unobstructed view of the North Sea.
The apartment has been completely redesigned and renovated by the Dutch designer and architect Piet Boon with great effort.
The result will impress you. The spacious design of the living/dining room, the elegant bedroom, the modern kitchen, the elaborately tiled bathroom, and the separate toilet all follow this design style, as do the floors (continuous parquet), the furniture, and the entire interior.

Egmond aan Zee boasts extensive forests, dune and heathland areas, and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. A unique area for nature enthusiasts, a paradise for sun worshippers!
Egmond is primarily a truly beautiful village for your relaxation.
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam (e.g., accessible by train from Castricum or speedboat from Velsen-Zuid – with free P&R – conveniently reachable).
From Germany, take the A12 towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the Alkmaar/Heiloo exit, 3/4 around the roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive along the boulevard by the sea.

if canceled up to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: the deposit;
if canceled from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
if canceled from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
if canceled on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
if canceled during the stay: the full gross rental price including all surcharges.
