Large, very generously equipped detached holiday villa on a large Mediterranean garden plot of approx. 4,000 sqm with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea of "Santa Margherita". Quiet and secluded location in the EDEN-ROCK region of CHIA - Domus de Maria. This villa has several terrace areas and outdoor seating areas, so that you always have the perfect place to relax. The special feature is of course the in-house private POOL, also with a sea view, which offers pure holiday pleasure. The pool is an infinity type with the long overflow side to the sea; the length is 10 meters, while the width is 5 meters; the depth varies from 1.40 m to 1.90 m. Distance to the crystal clear sea and white sandy beach of "Pinus Village" only approx. 1,000 m and to the extensive white sandy beach of "Cala-Marina" approx. 2,000 m.
All rooms are on one level and offer enough space to accommodate a maximum of 9 people. This holiday villa is very suitable for large families or 2 families with children. Further terraces are located outside. This holiday villa does not require air conditioning, as the strong masonry keeps the rooms sufficiently cool on hot days.

The idyllic holiday resort of PULA (about 6,000 inhabitants) with all kinds of shopping facilities, excellent restaurants and tourist attractions is about 18 km away. Distance from CAGLIARI airport about 45 km - from OLBIA about 3.5 hours by car and ALGHERO about 2.5 hours by car.
