The property has extensive outdoor spaces and two shared swimming pools: the main pool measures 15 x 4.5 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 m and natural water treatment (with chlorine in the summer season); the second pool is 3 x 4 metres, also with a constant depth of 1.30 m and uses chlorine. The gardens are embellished with fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon and orange trees, and roosters, hens and goats can be found on the estate. Visitors can relax on a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and there is also a bicycle parking space, ideal for those who want to explore the island by bike. The property offers a communal barbecue with gas cooker, ideal for outdoor dining. The site is fenced and has eco-friendly features such as solar panels and its own water well, making it ideal for those who appreciate sustainability. Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 08:30 to 10:30.
The flat is located on the ground floor and has an outdoor terrace ideal for relaxing with your companions. The interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The living room has a TV and the kitchen, which is integrated into the dining room, is gas-fired. The master bedroom has two single beds and is tastefully decorated to create a cosy atmosphere. Children can relax on the extra bed located in the living area. The bathroom has a shower and the property has oil central heating for colder days. If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.
