The private chlorine swimming pool, measuring 7x5 metres and with a depth of between 1.50x1.70 metres, stands out in the extensive natural surroundings, ideal for sunbathing on the sun loungers next to the pool. If you prefer to relax in the shade, a furnished porch, located next to the barbecue ready to prepare delicious grills, will give you that option. The house offers an expanse of nature ideal for the little ones to play in while enjoying a dip in the pool.
Moving into the rustic interior of the house distributed over 3 floors, it offers a spacious living room with two sofas ideal for enjoying a movie night with all the companions thanks to the Smart TV. The gas cooker is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your stay. The kitchen space also has a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy delicious meals with all the guests. To complete this ground floor, there is a complete bathroom equipped with a shower. Going up to the first floor, you will find the 2 bedrooms of the house, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. To serve this floor, there is a second bathroom which is divided into two floors: downstairs you will find the washbasin and the toilet, and going upstairs, you will find the bathtub. Finally, the house has a washing machine, ironing facilities and a cot and high chair if you are travelling with a baby. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.
