You can reach the Spieljochbahn 400m away (21,10 kilometers of slopes) and the bus stop to the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal ski area (90,7 kilometers of slopes) is in the immediate vicinity. Ski boot dryer and ski storage room are available.

On two floors, the Landhaus Kostenzer sleeps up to 6 people. With its jacuzzi for 2 people,
the bathroom on the upper floor is a true oasis. The private sauna can be used as either a Finnish sauna or a steam bath. (open from 03.00 p.m. till 09.00 p.m.) In summer, the garden with barbecue (charcoal available) invites you to linger. Bed linen, hand- and dish towels are available in the Landhaus Kostenzer.
The open fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere in winter and on cool summer evenings.
