'Il Giardino degli Ulivi' is located in Donnalucata, a small, picturesque fishing village directly on the Mediterranean coast, in the province of Ragusa, near the lovely baroque town of Modica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The coast is mainly characterized by numerous large and long sandy beaches. These are suitable for children as the water depth increases slowly.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached two-family house in a small wineyard (3400 sqm). On one half are the vines and on the other half there is the house, the garden with a large lawn and fruit trees, swimming pool (5x12m, depth 1.10 m to 2.20 m) and a parking place (with electric entrance gate) for two cars.
The pool is operated mainly with sea salt, so you can avoid large amounts of chlorine and disinfect in a natural way. The apartment is on the ground floor. The upper floor is mainly occupied in summer by the owners.
