Inside, the rooms are bright and spacious with simple decor. The living/dining room has access to the terrace, where you can enjoy meals, watch TV-Sat, or listen to music. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction cooker, and has a wooden table perfect for breakfast. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. A second bathroom with a bathtub and bidet is also on this floor. Two bedrooms have a clothes rack instead of a closet, and one bedroom is spacious enough for a cot and highchair if you're traveling with babies. The house also provides two fans.

Son Serra de Marina is a peaceful town on Mallorca's north coast, with a small grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurant. The coast is mainly rocky, but there's a sandy beach with natural sandbanks and scenic walking paths. For more services, Can Picafort is a 10-minute drive away, offering nightlife, bars, supermarkets, and water sports.

Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 car, and an additional garage space. Tourist license: ETV/8839. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) is payable on-site.
