This floor also includes a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, relax in the inviting living room with satellite TV, a CD player, and rocking chairs, all while enjoying stunning views. Two additional bedrooms are located here: one with a double bed, air conditioning, space for a cot, and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a bunk bed and wardrobe. The property also features five electric radiators and a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

Caimari is a charming village nestled in the Tramuntana, ideal for nature lovers and outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. Inca, just 5 km away, offers larger stores and a traditional market every Thursday. The renowned olive oil production of Caimari is a must-visit, and lovely beaches like Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia are only a 30-minute drive away.
