The apartment complex features a communal chlorine pool (17 m x 8 m) with depths ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m, set within a spacious 500 m² garden. Enjoy access to a tennis court (bring your own racquets) and an exterior shower. Upon arrival, you’ll be informed about the tennis court's opening hours.

Start your day on the 6 m² terrace with pool views, perfect for a leisurely breakfast. This lovely third-floor apartment, accessible via lift, includes a cozy sitting-dining room and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Electric coffee makers and kettles are available upon request. The home is fitted with fans and electric radiators for comfort.

Ideal for six guests, the apartment comprises one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and an additional toilet. For families traveling with babies, a cot and high chair can be provided.

Located in Playa de Gandia, the area offers sandy beaches for relaxation and various sports activities, including beach volleyball, water sports, and a vibrant seafront lined with bars and restaurants. Just a 20-minute walk away is Gandilandia, an entertainment park for children, along with several playgrounds along the promenade. Explore the fascinating Parpalló Cave in the Mondúver mountains, known for its prehistoric cave paintings.

The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th, with hours from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Note: Guests under 24 must be accompanied by family. Keys will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station; details will be provided prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited.
