By car: From the Brennero (Brenner) motorway exit, continue on the SS12 towards Gossensass and then head to Pflersch.
By train: The nearest station for international connections is Brennero, while the closest station for regional trains is Gossensass. From there, you can take a taxi or public transportation to reach Pflersch.
By bus: There are regular bus connections from Sterzing or Brenner to Pflersch.
By plane: The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport (about 60 km away), or alternatively, Bolzano Airport is approximately 100 km away.

There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival date is free of charge. Please understand that for cancellations after this period, we will retain or charge the deposit as a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:
From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 20% of the booked apartment price.
From 4 weeks to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the booked apartment price.
From 10 to 4 days before arrival: 70% of the booked apartment price.
For cancellations within 4 days of arrival and in case of early departure, 100% of the agreed apartment price will be charged.
Important: The cancellation terms apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rebooked in full or in part.
Reference is explicitly made to Articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005.
A tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night will be charged.
