We are 800 meters from the center and also close to important services. The villa is divided vertically into 2 properties. We rent the property overlooking the pool.
The property has a cooling system known as climate house. The system cools the house via the ceiling. On the upper floor (living area/kitchen), where temperatures are difficult to control, a traditional air conditioning system will be installed. Guests can decide which of the two cooling systems to use. If guests also want to use this traditional air conditioning system (with split), an additional charge will be applied.

Due to the extreme increase in energy prices, guests who use this type of climate will be charged 0.50 per 1 kW of consumption (10 Kw per day included in the price). Consuption will be controlled by a meter, allowing guests to control their consumption. Youth groups are not allowed.
The landlord is from South Tyrol and is rarely on site, usually only at weekends or during holidays.
The pool is open from April 1st to November 1st.
You can request exclusive use of the pool for an additional charge.
Someone will meet the guests at the property the day of arrival.
