The two bedrooms each have a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. One of the bedrooms has access to the west balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet as well as floor heating.
The living room with direct access to the roof terrace is equipped with a spacious couch, flat screen TV and stereo. Roof terrace and balcony are of course high quality furniture.
The new fitted kitchen with cozy dining area is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and appliances.
We offer storage for skis and bicycles etc.

The apartment is located not only in an absolutely quiet and sunny position, but here is also the ideal starting point for all activities around Garmisch-Partenkirchen: In 5 minutes walk from the ski stadium, you will find a swimming pool and the Eckbauerbahn; very good starting point for hiking and mountain biking.
The center of Partenkirchen can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. A bus stop is also only 2 minutes away.

They're going to Partenkirchen, along Münchner Straße, straight on several car dealerships over towards Mittenwald.
The Münchner Straße turns into the main street and then into the Mittenwalderstraße. On the right you will pass the dealership Konietzny, then it is the 2nd right -ALPENSTRASSE-.
Coming from Mittenwald:
You drive into the village Ga.-Pa. into it, just to the right is the Dorindt Hotel, then take the first left into the Alpenstr.
