If the tenant cancels the contract, the following applies: The landlord will endeavour to find a replacement tenant. If this is found, the payments made will be refunded minus a lump sum of 100 euros. If no replacement tenant is found, 80% of the rental price is to be paid as compensation. From the 10. The location of the apartment is perfect for discovering the highlights of the flower Riviera, including Sanremo, Hanbury Gardens, Bordighera, Monet's Bridge in Dolceaqua, Porto Maurizio. A special advantage is the nearby starting point of the Pista Ciclabile, a coastal cycle path with beaches, bars and restaurants. The former train line was converted into a bicycle route.
Holiday destination
We are located about 100 meters above sea level, 10 minutes from the city of Imperia in the district of Poggi, a medieval village with a bar, restaurant. The house is outside the village, Poggi can be reached on foot in a few minutes. An oasis of peace in the middle of an olive grove with a 360 degree view and the sea close by.
The location of the holiday home in Poggi/Imperia is simply ideal. From here you can explore all the highlights of the Riviera of Flowers.
Getting there
Take the A10 Genoa-Ventimiglia in the direction of Ventimiglia and take the Imperia Ovest exit. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards the sea and turn onto the "Via Aurelia" towards Sanremo. After the sports field and the Pam supermarket, cross the river "Prino" and turn right at the traffic lights towards Poggi.
