Welcome to the Sonnenschein holiday flat
The stylish Sonnenschein holiday flat in the tranquil Westerwald offers you a wonderful view of the Birnbach valley from the balcony and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
With its own entrance and parking space on the property, the 80 m² holiday flat is stylishly furnished to a high standard.
It can accommodate up to 4 people (a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room).
A bedroom with a large wardrobe, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a balcony are the features of the holiday flat. It also has an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, hob, oven, microwave).
The living room has a flat screen TV, a sofa bed (for 2 people) and cosy armchairs. A garden and free WLAN are also available.
Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price and a car park in front of the house can be used free of charge.
The special charm of the Westerwald invites you to go for walks on the hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, especially on nice days. The nearest restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and shops are only a 3-minute drive away (Weyerbusch). Hennef can be reached in approx. 25 minutes, Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne in approx. 45 minutes.
We only rent our holiday flat for long-term stays (min. 28 nachten). The price includes a weekly change of linen and cleaning of the flat. So you can relax and enjoy your time!
