Completely renovated in 2021, this three bedroom house is perfectly situated for a family holiday or couples looking for a break in beautiful Normandy. Downstairs is a living / dining area and a fully fitted kitchen , WC and a separate washroom. On the top floor is a further living area with TV, one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with one single bed. There is a shower room with basin and WC.

The house is a five minute walk from the town centre of Portbail Which has a good selection of shops and restaurants as well as a couple of supermarkets and a weekly street market o. Tuesday. The harbour is within walking distance, and beautiful and spoilt sandy beaches are just across the 13 arch bridge. Even in summer they are uncrowded, and there are plenty of walks along the almost 200 km of unspoilt coastline.
