The villa consists of two separate units (not communicating from the inside) both on the first floor of the house. Ideal place for families with children, or for group who want to stay together but at the same time have their own privacy and independence. The owners, Fabrizia and Agostino, have refurbished the villa respecting the characteristics of Tuscan country houses. They do not live on the property (which is for the exclusive use of guests), but will be happy to welcome you in person!
Accommodation: The two separate units (200 square meters in total) can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms: each apartment is located on the first floor of the house reached by a flight of stairs from the front yard. Note: No one lives on the ground floor. This floor consists of storage rooms and garages.
Both apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with smart TV, a double bedroom (with crib available upon request), a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Wi-fi internet connection available in both apartments. Mosquito nets and portable fans available in the 4 bedrooms. Available to guests is a washing machine, iron and ironing board from in the laundry room at the back of the house. Note: heating available upon request, included in the price with villa temperature set at 20C°.
Garden: At the front of the villa there is a private swimming pool for exclusive use (available from May 01 to September 30, size 10x5 meters, depth 1.10-1.60 meters) surrounded by the lawn and overlooking the open countryside. Pool area fully fenced for the safety of children, and equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.
An annex houses an outdoor porch equipped with table and chairs for dining as well as a brick BBQ. Ample private parking is available. Finally, in a small private grove bordering the house, hammocks are available for relaxing in the shade on hot summer days.

The town of Camucia, which is only 5 km away, offers supermarkets and stores of all kinds. Wide choice of restaurants in the area or in the center of Cortona. If you want to reach the main Tuscan cities, without using the car, we recommend the train station of "Camucia Cortona" only 6 km away.
Finally, we inform that the "Tukul cafe" (bistro and burger bar) is within easy walking distance from the villa (only 850 meters, 10-15 walk). Open daily breakfast and lunch, and dinner on weekends.
