Cancellation term
In the event of cancellation by the tenant for important reasons, we unfortunately have to charge the following fees.
If canceled 28 days or more before the start of the rental period, cancellation is free of charge.
If you cancel up to 27 days to 21 days before the start of the rental period, we unfortunately have to charge 50% of the rental price.
If you cancel later than 20 days before the start of the rentalperiod or if you do not start the trip, 100% of the rental price will be due.
