In the immediate vicinity of the Thermal Baths and Sensoria in a calm and peaceful environment, and the gondola to facilitate your stay in the mountains.
With all the shops at your fingertips, you no longer need your car which will be parked in your private parking lot so you can forget it in complete safety!
It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator with a surface area of 33m2 with a south-facing exposure.
When you enter the apartment you discover a pretty, bright living room thanks to its bay window which gives you access to its balcony and its superb view.
What could be more pleasant than drinking an aperitif while contemplating the view of our mountains?
The kitchenette is fully equipped, open to the living room with its comfortable sofa bed, television and dining room table.
Concerning the sleeping area, you have a bedroom for parents with a double bed and a sleeping area for children or friends with bunk beds.
Any malfunction in the common areas or common use of the residence will not give rise to any compensation.
