The house is situated on a bay with sandy beach and flat water, ideally for children.
The waterside platform is located directly below the house, reached via a staircase. The small village in which the house is built, Potocnica, is 10 km north of Novalja, the tourist center of the island with many restaurants, shops and things to do.
