This luxury villa is located above the harbor city of Imperia (Capo Berta), and is definitely suited those with distinctive tastes; it will comfortably sleep up to eight people. On the ground floor you will find the large living room with fireplace, a cosy reading niche and a large dining table. For those who love cooking, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped, with many utensils, stove and dishwashing machine. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this floor. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with its superb view and your own barbecue. The expansive marble stairs take you to the second floor, which is divided into three bedrooms with a dressing room and two bathrooms. The unobtrusive upstairs terrace offers sun lovers plenty of space and a discreet ambience. Your car can be safely parked in the parking space inside the closed off property.
The custodian of the property lives underneath the Villa. Sale of olive oil and wine directly from the producers(on the farm), good restaurants nearby, events and festivals in the surrounding region all year round.

The other is the villa of the Clown "Grock", born in Switzerland as Karl Adrien Wettach (Jan. 10, 1880 - July 14, 1959). He spent his last years here on the riviera and his villa is open to the public, bringing back memories of the "clown hall of famer".
Via Bonfante in Oneglia invites you to an elegant and copius shopping spree, while those who prefer to stimulate their tastebuds, can enjoy the Via San Giovanni with its many culinary bounties.
