? Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a quiet residence, this 94 m² apartment has a kitchen? bright, fully equipped (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) opening onto a dining area and access to a balcony.
? The living room space, bright? thanks to these large bay windows not overlooked, is it equipped with a television? with a DVD player. This space has a convertible sofa which, when opened, offers you a mattress of 160cm by 197cm with a mattress of 22cm, ? in order to guarantee comfort for the nights of young and old alike.
?The first bedroom has a double bed as well as a single bed.
?The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed as well as access to a bathroom with ? shower, toilet? and hand wash?
?Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding.
? A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet? complete the apartment.

? come with a young child? The apartment has a travel cot approved for children under 3 years old and weighing 15Kg. (Bed linen not provided for the baby bed, possibility to reserve it as a paid option).

? The entire apartment will be yours for the duration of your stay. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
? the cleaning will be done,
? the beds will be made with clean sheets, and bed linen will be available for the sofa bed,
? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

House Rule:
? Animals are accepted on request with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

? This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
?Tolerance is required on the balcony. You are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the yard.

? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

? In the event of late arrival (after 8 p.m.), the keys must be collected at an address different from that of the apartment.
