Lovingly furnished holiday home with a large garden for up to 4 people in Neujellingsdorf. The house has a living space of 94 m², divided into 3 rooms over 2 floors.
The spacious living and dining room has a comfortable seating area, flat screen, DVD, hi-fi system and an exit to the outside: the furnished terrace facing south, protected from the wind and view, invites you to relax. Here you will find a fire bowl for cool evenings and a grill. In the huge fenced garden there are comfortable sun loungers and various toys for all ages. The open country kitchen is perfectly equipped for amateur cooks: from an induction stove to a raclette and fondue device, you will find various extras. The shower room is modern. In the bright attic you can relax in two bedrooms: one is equipped with a box spring double bed (180x200 cm), the other with two box spring single beds (each 90x200 cm). There is another bathroom upstairs. The highlight on the upper floor is the panoramic window, which can be shaded using a remote control. All windows have insect screens and there is underfloor heating and electric external shutters on the ground floor.
In the outbuilding you can make yourself comfortable in lounge furniture when the weather is bad. A fireplace provides cozy warmth and the table tennis table for exercise.
The house has a garage and several parking spaces. You can store your bicycles and sports equipment in the lockable garage. There is a washing machine on site. WiFi is included.
