Ahoy and welcome to the individually and lovingly furnished Houseboat Deluxe from Floating Homes! This exclusive, floating holiday home for up to 2 people is located on a small jetty in the Baltic Bay Marina in Laboe.
Here you can enjoy the sea in a way that hardly any other holiday home can offer you. The walls are decorated with oil paintings by an artist from Schleswig-Holstein, which, together with the appropriate decoration, provide the typical maritime flair of the Baltic Sea. The houseboat has two terraces: a smaller one adjoining the living room and a roof terrace (sun deck) that can be reached via a ladder. The bathroom has an integrated sauna, which also makes the Houseboat Deluxe the perfect choice for the autumn and winter months. The open kitchen-living room is furnished to a high standard with a leather couch, a separate desk and a large dining table and invites you to linger.
Please understand that this holiday apartment is a non-smoking property. Bringing pets is not permitted.
