Welcome to the Alte Meierei holiday apartment in Lutterbek.
This comfortable holiday apartment is located in a historic building in Lutterbek and is about 3.5 km from the beach in Stein. The village has the well-known "Lutterbeker" cultural pub. You can do your shopping in the Baltic Sea resort of Laboe, about 4 km away.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is about 90 m² in size. It has two separate bedrooms, both of which are equipped with double beds. One of the double beds is 140x200 cm, the other is 180x200 cm.
The spacious living room is equipped with a hi-fi system, a 40-inch flat screen TV and a DVD player.
There is also a bathroom with a large shower, a kitchen and a large hallway.
The apartment is fully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Electricity, water and heating are included in the rent. A coin meter is installed for using the washing machine in the kitchen.
In addition to the normal parking space, your car will also find space in a garage. This measures 340x490 cm, the passage to the garage is 225 cm.
From August 1st, 2017, you can charge your electric car in the garage using a Type 2 wall box with an 11 KW socket. Billing is done via a separate meter (1 KW = 50 cents).
A separate area with a terrace is available in the garden.
Pets are not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The linen package must be booked with every booking; linen changes are only possible for a fee. From 6 nights, the initial equipment for booked guests is included.
