Welcome to the cozy 4-room semi-detached house (3 floors) Haus Ülleken for up to 4 people with a fenced garden and a view of the Burger Binnensee. Enjoy the quiet location, which promises absolute relaxation despite the proximity to the center of Burg and the harbor of Burgstaaken.
A perfect retreat for a comfortable and unforgettable stay awaits you on approx. 85 m² of living space. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. The house also has two shower rooms. There are four cozy bedrooms with high-quality beds and TVs, including a master bedroom with a double bed and an additional bedroom in the attic, invite you to linger. Please note that the bedroom with stairs and the attic bedroom are not spatially separated. Relax in front of the fireplace, admire the beautiful art on the walls and play some of the games that are available for you. The fenced garden offers numerous seating and lying options as well as a garden shed.
The location of the Ülleken house is ideal for exploring on foot or by bike: the Burger Binnensee and the fine sandy south beach with beach chair rental are just a stone's throw away. Visit the FehMare bathing world, the Charchulla windsurfing and sailing school and the newly designed adventure promenade of the Burgtiefe marina. The absolutely quiet location of the house despite the proximity to the castle and Staaken Castle is unbeatable.
A parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be safely stored in the garden shed. A washing machine and dryer are part of the basic equipment.
