The modernly equipped apartment with a wonderful sea view is located on the ground floor and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The apartment consists of a combined living-sleeping area with a double bed, couch and dining table and a bathroom with an XL shower. In the entrance area there is a newly installed and fully equipped fitted kitchen and a cloakroom, which was only installed in 2019. As a special highlight, a new premium built-in sauna from Klafs is available to you. It is located in the hallway area of apartments I and IA (agreement with the tenants of App. I necessary to avoid overlapping times). There is also a spacious furnished terrace with a beautiful Baltic Sea beach chair. It faces south and west and leads directly into the garden, ideal for breakfast in the morning.
Insider tip: App. IA and App. I can also be rented together, e.g. for 2 couples or families with slightly older children. This means that each party can enjoy their own privacy and at the same time spend the holiday together.
Free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
