In the best location in Fehmarn: modernized, approx. 95 m² 4-room semi-detached house with separate entrance and garden on a fenced, approx. 310 m² plot for up to 6 people.
In the large living/dining room you will find a fireplace for cozy evenings, a range of board games, a floor with designer flooring and the exit to the furnished terrace and garden. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the shower room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest toilet and a children's room with bunk beds on the ground floor. Upstairs you have the shower room, the large master bedroom with TV has enough space for a cot. The second bedroom, also with TV, offers two single beds, an additional sink and a balcony.
A parking space is reserved for you. Charging electric cars is not permitted. WiFi is included.
