Close to the center of Petersdorf: The beautiful 3-room holiday apartment Stephan is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in typical Fehmarn clinker construction right next to a small duck pond. There is enough space for up to 4 people on approx. 68 m². With terrace and garden.
The living area is comfortably furnished and has a seating and dining area with a Danish fireplace. From here you can go outside: the large terrace faces south. Comfortable garden furniture, a great beach chair and a grill will sweeten your time out. The adjoining lawn is separated from the neighboring property by a green area. In the separate, well-equipped kitchen you can conjure up your favorite dishes, a dishwasher then takes care of the washing up. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The spacious shower room has daylight and is brightly tiled.
A parking space is reserved for you. Charging electric cars is not permitted. WiFi is included.
