Westerode is located at the foot of the Harz Mountains and offers a charming mix of unspoilt nature and historical flair.
There are also plenty of cycle paths suitable for exploring the picturesque countryside. There are also horse riding facilities and golf courses (classic, football and swing golf). The nearby Harz National Park also offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities, family excursions, hikes and other adventures.

Es fahren regelmäßig Regionalbahnen aus allen Richtungen nach Bad Harzburg bzw. Vienenburg und Goslar.
Vom Bahnhof Bad Harzburg aus könnt Ihr ein Taxi nehmen (ca. 2 km, empfehlenswert!) oder den Bus Nr. 821 Richtung Westerode (fährt nur Mo-Fr und selten!).
Steigt an der Haltestelle „Westerode, Feuerlöschteich“ aus.
Von dort aus geht Ihr etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß in Richtung Süden („bergauf“) auf der Sandstraße, bis Ihr die Hausnummer 10 auf der linken Straßenseite erreicht.

The guest has no right of cancellation free of charge. In the event of cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. The amount of compensation is based on the following table:
Cancellation up to
45 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
44 - 30 days before the start of the rental period: 25 % of the rental price
29 - 8 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
7 days before the start of the rental period - start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
Cancellation must also be made in writing.
The landlord can cancel the booked service without giving reasons up to 30 days before arrival. Payments already made will then be refunded to the guest in full. A later cancellation of the contract is also permitted in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make the booked stay impossible. In this case, liability is limited to reimbursement of the rental price. In the event of justified cancellation, the guest shall not be entitled to compensation. Liability for travel and hotel costs is also excluded. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
