The absolute highlight of the property, however, is the vast outdoor space. In the large outdoor area of the property you will find an outdoor swimming pool where you can relax and cool off in the sun. On hot afternoons, you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers on the lawn and cool off in the cool water of your private swimming pool, which is also fenced to ensure the safety of children. On the large uncovered terrace, you can spend relaxing hours with your loved ones. Additionally, there is a lovely covered dining area outside where you can dine together around the long table overlooking the garden. There is a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals after a long day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower.

The nearest supermarket is 800 m away, while the center of Conil de la Frontera, with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, is less than 5 minutes' drive from home.



After around 15 minutes on foot you will find a selection of stunning beaches along the sandy coast, including Playa Fuente del Gallo, Mirador Playa Conil and Playa de Roque. Parking spaces are available on (hidden) pets are accepted (on request).
