Detached villa, built on a plot of 900 m², has a beautiful garden with a huge terrace with hammocks, fenced 8x5 swimming pool and outdoor shower. To the right of the swimming pool is the outdoor area with a built-in barbecue and a pétanque court. The villa is located about 500 m from the sea, 700 m from the Calafat marina and about 600 m from the sandy beach "La Almadrava". The house (excluding terraces) has an area of 62 m² and consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have access to the swimming pool, a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-dining room from which you access the front covered terrace. It has kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, etc... gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee maker and capsule coffee maker. It has WIFI. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coast in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. There are many fantastic beaches and small dream coves with turquoise and crystal clear waters, most of them very calm and some of them untouched. A perfect place to walk the GR-92, take a bike ride, take a boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets hidden at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi. On the Costa Dorada you will find the seafront of the Calafat urbanization, the racing circuit and the marina of the same name. Calafat has more than 2 km of coastline, it is located in the municipality of L'Ametlla de Mar, a small fishing village renowned for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes south you will find the Delta de l'Ebre Natural Park, a beautiful place to visit! You will be able to dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sailing on a modern and innovative catamaran.
