On the upper floor, a suite with double bed (160 cm), bathroom with bathtub and direct access to a 12 m2 terrace offering relaxing views. On the top floor you will find a solarium where you can sunbathe, read a good book or enjoy a starry night. Wifi, reversible air conditioning in each bedroom and living room, and parking for 2 vehicles inside the plot. The house is located in the Amfora urbanization, a quiet area near the village and just 200 m from the beach of Sant Père Pescador, ideal for windsurfing, kayaking and exploring the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà natural park. Have the perfect getaway in any season! Discover the magic of the Costa Brava, relax on the beach or enjoy the warmth of home! Groups under 25 years old are not accepted. Animals are accepted.
