The accommodation has a living room with access to a terrace with garden furniture, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed ( with a trundle bed), and another bathroom with bathtub. The property is therefore ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and all rooms have ceiling fans. The rental price includes a private parking space for a small car (2.40mx4.50m) and access to the shared swimming pool. The village shopping center is just a few minutes' walk away. And in less than 10 minutes of walking (5 minutes, an underground passage leads to the beach), you reach the beach of Baix a Mar and the maritime district, where you will find restaurants and bars to savor the delicious Mediterranean gastronomy, as well as a children's area on the beach. Group reservations are not accepted for young people aged 16 to 26.
