It has a kitchenette, a full bathroom with bathtub, three bedrooms (one double bed and three single beds) and a dining room with air conditioning which has access to a terrace with garden furniture ( approximately 10 square meters) with views of the green area of the neighborhood and the sea in the background. For greater comfort in all rooms, ceiling fans have been installed. You can also enjoy the common area with swimming pool (open from Easter to the end of October) and a private space in the building's underground parking lot. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
