Description
It is a luxury loft with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed, wardrobe and space for an extra bed or cot. The second bedroom is on the ground floor with two beds and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is also on the ground floor with a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary appliances, including a Nesspreso coffee machine and a wine fridge. The loft is equipped with fiber WiFi, air conditioning, library, towel dryer, hairdryer and TV. The location is ideal, in the outer area of the historic center, close to the main monuments of the city and with easy access to public transport, parking, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Parking in the neighborhood is possible, but not easy, because the blue zone has been established in the streets of the neighborhood, which is not compatible with visits to the city. For this reason, for those of you who come to Seville by car, we have a parking space available in a car park 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
We generally recommend our guests not to rent a car upon arrival in the city, as they will not need one, as the monumental area is within walking distance from the apartment.

Services and common areasThis is a fully equipped loft for 6 people with unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout the space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and the bathroom has a large shower and a hairdryer. The apartment is located near the Mercado Puerta de la Carne, supermarkets and tapas bars and restaurants. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome and a baby cot and baby bath are provided free of charge. Some basic kitchen and bathroom items are also provided.
Other notable aspectsTo comply with Andalusia's tax and regulatory obligations, and to guarantee the rights of guests, a rental contract will be signed which will detail the conditions of the stay, including the price, entry and exit times, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc. This contract is based on the house rules and other specifications included in the announcement and is also based on the tourist regulations of Andalusia. The parking lot we have available for our guests is located 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The entrance to the car park is on Calle Bartolomé de Medina. It's a private parking lot, so it's safe and comfortable. Parking is available to our customers FREE OF CHARGE. If you ultimately decide not to park the car for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund or reduction in the price of accommodation.
