THE ACCOMMODATION:Our apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed (1.50mx1.90m) and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.80mx 1.90m. Both bedrooms have a closet where you can leave your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave with grill. In the kitchen there is space for a dining table. The living room has a comfortable sofa, table and TV, where you can rest peacefully. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS: It is a Sevillian house which is organized around a patio where there is a fountain, with a distribution gallery. It has an elevator that connects to the first floor, where the apartment is located. On the roof there are washing lines where you can hang your (hidden) clothes. Parking which we have available for our guests is in the building in front of our apartment (5 meters away). It's a parking lot in a private building, so it's safe and comfortable.
ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS
We will receive you upon arrival and we will explain how the apartment works, we will provide you with two complete sets of keys, we will help you park the car and we will tell you many secrets of our wonderful city of Seville.
As important information about the parking lot, inform them that it is located in one of the typical streets of Muslim Andalusian Seville. These types of streets are narrow and difficult to navigate for those who are not used to these types of streets. If you are coming by car, we recommend bringing a small car. When you arrive, we will give you advice on how to make parking as easy as possible.
Arrival time is between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. For arrivals before 3:00 p.m. we cannot guarantee that the apartment is free and ready. Please consult us. We will try to do everything possible to facilitate your arrival before 3:00 p.m. It is also possible to arrive after 9:00 p.m., although for arrivals after 9:00 p.m. there is a late check-in fee of €40.00, payable in cash on arrival.
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. For this reason we are going to ask you 2 favors.
1.- If you have a problem with the operation of something in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have a problem in the city, if you have questions about how to get something, advice about the city, etc., we ask you to let us know. We will be happy to help you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the monumental district of Seville, within the boundaries of the city's old Jewish quarter. Very close to the Casa Pilatos Palace and a stone's throw from the Plaza de la Alfalfa, the Church of El Salvador, the Cathedral of Seville, the Town Hall and the Reales Alcázares.
The most notable leisure areas are the famous 'Carbonería', a bar with a lot of Sevillian flavor where you can coincide with flamenco songs, The Arab baths on Calle Aire, where you can enjoy relaxing baths and massages, Bars and restaurants in Plaza de Alfalfa and Plaza de la Pescadería, some cocktail bars nearby. You won't be able to get bored.
There are supermarkets and shops around the apartment where you can buy supplies for the apartment.
ADDRESSES
To get around the monumental area of the city, you must do so on foot, as most of the streets in the city center are not accessible to vehicles. You can use public service bicycles.
From the airport there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you choose this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the most time), you must take the bus from the airport to Santa Justa station. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, the stop of which is just outside the arrivals area. The frequency is 23 minutes and it operates from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. The price is €4.00 per person per way and the journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can buy the ticket on the bus itself.
At Santa Justa station you need to get off and look for bus stop number 21, which is about 100 meters on the other side of the station. You must take bus number 21 towards Prado de San Sebastián. The price is €1.40 per person. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver. You have to get off at the stop located on Calle Menéndez Pelayo in front of number 55 and walk about 3 minutes along Calle Estella / Calle Conde de Ibarra until Calle Lirio.
The second (more expensive but more comfortable) way to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi. There is an established rate for journeys from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. (Monday to Friday €22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays €24.50. They may charge extra for suitcases although this is not usual).
We have recently reached an agreement with a transfer company to be able to offer an airport pick-up service. The driver will meet you at the arrival gate of Seville Airport with a sign with your name and will take you directly to the apartment. He knows which apartment is and would let us know when you arrived so we would wait at the apartment door. We only need to know the flight number, landing time, and first and last name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to that of an online airport taxi (€30 for a transfer of 4 passengers and €60.00 for a minibus transfer of up to 6 passengers) but a little more comfortable. If you wish, I can reserve it for you.
OTHER REMARKABLE ASPECTS
The house is located in a district of the oldest city. For this reason, streets can become narrow. All you have to do is be patient.
In the house we have 6 house rules:
Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. If you need to smoke, do so on the terrace or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.Respect the rest of our neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during non-working hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are completely prohibited. Before leaving, use the dishwasher to clean all kitchen utensils and utensils. We left dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink. Deposit the trash you generated in the curbside containers before leaving on departure day. We will inform you of the location of the nearest container. Make rational use of air conditioning. Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but the equipment will work best when you have a truly (hidden) community ban on hanging clothes in common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, we ask you to store it on the terrace or inside the apartment. With the clear intention of respecting our tax obligations and in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of February 2 relating to tourist accommodation, we must sign a rental contract which includes the conditions of your stay (price, entry and exit times, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc.). All terms match the house rules and other specifications included in this listing. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of the owner and guests in accordance with tourist regulations.
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you just need to indicate the tax data to which we need to issue the invoice and we will give it to you when you receive it at the apartment.
This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
