Access via 4 steps to the gîte. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: two bedrooms each with 1 80x190 bed and a bedroom for 2 people with 140x190 bed.
Baby equipment (on request in advance): bed, bath, high chair, potty, booster seat. NON-SMOKING GITE
WIFI Internet access with repeater.
Private outdoor space of 120 m²
On the property, to be shared with 4 other gîtes and 2 guest rooms: courtyard with shared barbecue, garden, orchards, woods, ponds 100m from the gîte (fishing not allowed). Ping-pong, indoor heated swimming pool (unsupervised, depth from 95 cm to 140 cm) open from 01/06 to 30/9 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. discovery of animals on site (sheep, chickens).
Possibility of regular cleaning during the stay. Rentable on the property: gîtes Châtaigne (8 people, 16G30421), Bambou (6 people, ref.16G30422), Prune (5 people, 16G30423), and Rose (2 people, 16G30424) The "Chêne" gîte is located in a wing adjoining the owners' mansion. It benefits from an independent private space with a view of the park. The indoor heated swimming pool is shared with 4 other gîtes and 2 guest rooms.

The price includes: Rental, table linen, sheets and charges.
The price does not include: Cleaning, towels and tourist tax.
