There are several hiking, trail and mountain bike trails departing from the residence.

Furthermore, the accommodation is ideally located near the city centre. à 200 m from the cable car to go up to the ski resort or to go to Bettex in winter and summer.
Its geographical location will also allow you to quickly visit Megève (10 km), Chamonix (30 km), Annecy (60 km) or take a trip to Switzerland or Italy.

The city center is within walking distance. 10 minutes away foot. The market takes place there every Thursday morning.

The thermal baths located in Fayet are accessible free of charge thanks to the the elevator at wastewater. If you want to go up to the eagle's nest, you have to take the tram from Saint-Gervais-les-Bains station.

A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
