The holiday apartment is located on the third floor of the well-maintained multi-family building "Zonnehoek", right on the boulevard with a direct magnificent sea view.
You will receive a parking permit for your vehicle. There is a storage room available for your bicycles.
The holiday apartment is suitable for up to 4 people.
Layout:
Living/dining room with a new open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, built-in wardrobes. Bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with: Wi-Fi internet, cable TV with 5 German channels, radio/CD/DVD player, coffee machine, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer option, electric stove.
Please note: From November 18 to December 6, 2019, there will be construction work at our neighbors, the apartment building "de Trintel". The possibility of construction noise is present during this time.

Recently renovated and designed apartment with a new high-quality fitted kitchen featuring an electric stove, oven with integrated microwave, and granite countertops. Additionally, a new high-quality floor has been installed.
The prices for the stay duration "Week" are only valid for arrivals on Monday or Friday. For other arrival days, please select "7 Nights".
In the summer season, only "Weeks" can be booked with arrival on Friday or Saturday.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance; this can only be done directly when booking the accommodation.

Egmond aan Zee boasts expansive forests, dune and heathland areas, and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. A unique area for nature lovers, a paradise for sun worshippers! Above all, Egmond is a truly beautiful village for your relaxation.
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam.
From Germany, take the A12 towards Arnhem, Utrecht. At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam. After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen, and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the Alkmaar/Heiloo exit, 3/4 around the roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive along the boulevard by the sea.

If a contract is canceled, the following costs will be charged by Rentals Egmond:
the owed fee plus:
for cancellation up to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: the deposit;
for cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
for cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
for cancellation on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
for cancellation during the stay: the full gross rental price incl. all surcharges.
