Via the N88, head towards Valence via the D15. Continue on D15 until the sign for Chambon-sur-Lignon via the D7 (follow Le Bois Vialotte), 3 km before the village of Mars. On the D7, take a small path on the left at the eco-point (Bois la Grange).
Between places of historical resistance and a paradise for sporting activities is the Haut-Lignon plateau. Isolated without being so, attached to the back of the owners' house, this adjoining gîte which can accommodate 5 to 7 people is located in the middle of a beautiful clearing surrounded by woods.
Nearby: Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (all shops and services, 18-hole golf course, adventure course in the forest, outdoor sports resort, swimming pool) 5 km away, Lake Devesset (sailing, pedal boats) 14 km away, plateau du Vivarais and Haute-Ardèche 3 km away. Two grassy terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day (unfenced land of 600 m² with shaded terrace of 15 m² to the west, garden furniture and barbecue, a 2nd terrace of 18 m² facing east with small relaxation lounge).
On the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with TV giving level access to the west side terrace. 4 steps: bathroom, separate WC, laundry room below (a few steps).
1st attic floor: 1 bedroom fitted out under roof slope with 1 140 cm bed and a bathroom with private toilet, 1 small attic bedroom with 1 120 cm bed. 2 steps: 1 suite with 2 twin 90 cm beds and extra bed BZ .
