Located close to the town center of Socoa, all local shops within walking distance as well as the beach. Between sea and mountains Socoa historic fishing district is shared between Ciboure and Urrugne. Socoa is the charm of a small Basque seaside resort nestled in the heart of a splendid bay facing Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Come and discover for your greatest pleasure its beaches, its water activities, its traditional recipe restaurants and its fronton. A stay in the Basque Country is always linked to celebration. You will enjoy a rich and varied entertainment: Basque pelota, Basque force, Basque and Spanish dance, Basque songs, but also a historical heritage with the mythical Fort of Socoa, the Tower of Bordagain, the lighthouse, the chapel and the port of traditional fishing.
Park in the two designated parking spaces and drop off your suitcases in this pretty semi-detached house (on one side) in triplex with enclosed garden. On the ground floor, once through the front door, the eyes are naturally directed outside: magnificent view of the roofs of Socoa, the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the cliffs of Sainte- Beard. A large living room, opening onto the terrace, is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area. On this same level, the separate and perfectly equipped kitchen whose sink is right under the window so you can enjoy the view at all times!

Finally, on the garden level, 2 bedrooms, built-in cupboards. The first (2 beds 90X200), has access to the garden via a terrace. The second, (2 beds 90X200). They share a bathroom.
The whole is warm, friendly and easy to live with. From the terrace, the sunsets or the city lights at night will make your vacation unforgettable.
