Laurent and Maryse Le Bouetté, originally from the Pays de Caux, decided to return to their roots after a few years in Germany. They are invested in Fécamp Grand’Escale 2024.
For Laurent, an architect with a passion for navigation, the purchase and renovation of the building was obvious.
Their travels inspired them to decorate the places and made them want to promote the regions and French heritage. Exchanges during receptions are always a great time and foreigners appreciate being welcomed in English and German.
On the 2nd floor: large entrance, living room, small separate lounge (convertible to 160x200cm for additional beds), kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, large capacity fridge-freezer, dishwasher), shower room, separate toilet, 1 bedroom ( 1 double bed 160x200cm). On the 3rd floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm) and 1 bedroom (1 double bed 180x200cm), shower room, dryer, large landing room with lounge area, TV and possible bed. Private 1-car garage 450m away. Sheets and household linen provided, heating and electricity included. Cleaning package possible. Tourist tax extra (1.50 euros per adult per day) This apartment is located in a 19th century building with a completely renovated facade. It will offer you large volumes to allow everyone to feel comfortable. It combines views of the sea, the port, the Benedictine Palace and is ideally located at the foot of all amenities: shops, maritime activities, getaways... A real breath of sea air for a pleasant stay with family or friends. A second gîte for 4 people is located in the building on the first floor and can therefore accommodate 12 people if you also rent it.
