On the mezzanine, you will have access to the sleeping area with a 180x200 bed. Everything is heated or cooled depending on the season by reversible air conditioning. Outside, a private 40m2 terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs await you. You will have access to the one hectare park made up of remarkable trees. You will have access to the pétanque court and the children's play area. You can park a vehicle in the car park secured by a surveillance camera. 20 minutes from Troyes city center, 15 minutes from factory outlets, 10 minutes from the A5/A26 motorway, and in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, a few minutes from the Lakes, come and stay in this old woodshed, completely renovated with a lot of charm located within a one-hectare property where rest and serenity reign.
